Smartstitch provide door-to-door delivery and self-pick up in USA marketplace.

(If you are from other country, the shipping time is about 60 days since we will ship from our country in China directly. Process of the shipping

Self Pick-up

  • 1. Choose the warehouse

    We have three warehouse in USA, you can go to the nearest warehouse to pick-up the machine.

  • 2. Receive your BOL

    After placing your order, we will send you the Bill of Lading(BOL). You can print it or show PDF version to warehouse admin for pickup.

  • 3. Go to pick-up

    Please make a phone call in advance to the warehouse and tell them the approximate time of your arrival and the size of your car's loading space.

  • 4. Choose a carrier

    Choose a suitable carrier (truck or SUV), we suggest you can choose whichever carrier you want.

  • 5. Go-home

    When you pick up the machine, you can take the whole box home directly, or you can choose the Unpacking service for $100.

  • 6. At-home

    We suggest you can unpack the box and assemble the stand first, then but the machine head onto the stand with helpers.

Precautions

1. Choose a suitable carrier（truck or SUV）

2. the driver on our warehouse will use a lift to bring the machine to your truck or SUV

3. Prepare a wrench for unpacking

4. Prepare Safety gloves to wear

5. Unpack the wooden box, take out the accessories, find the largest six-wheel wrench to unlock the machine head, and two people will carry the machine head to your home.

6. For S1501, the Machine weight is about 95kg/209lb; For S-1201, the Machine Weight is about 39kg/86lb.(Recommend two people to carry the machine head)

7. Keep the wooden box unless you need to send the machine to us for any reason.

Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number, order details and announcements.

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.
