• Coverage for Warranty

    This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers machines, products, and accessories sold by our company. During the applicable warranty period, our company guarantees that the covered products will be free of defects in material or workmanship. Our company will, at its option, repair or replace a product that is found defective during the warranty period. Warranty work must be performed or authorized by a Smartstitch Authorized Representative. This Warranty covers parts and labor only, and does not include shipping costs or travel expenses by Smartstitch’s technicians for onsite work. The customer needs to bear the travel expenses for our technicians and is responsible for basic troubleshooting with a Smartstitch technician before an onsite technician can or will be dispatched.

  • Un-coverage for Warranty

    This limited warranty does not cover the following:

    1.Second-hand embroidery machines (unless accompanied by proof of purchase)

    2.Damage or defects caused by acts of God, unauthorized modifications, non-supplied parts, user misuse, improper installation, lack of training, improper digitizing, or wear and tear.

    3.Depreciation or damage caused by normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, failure to follow instructions, environmental factors, or electrical supply problems.

    4.Situations outside the scope of warranty responsibility.

    (Notes: This limited warranty will be void if the machine has been tampered with or modified without the express prior approval of our representative, or if a serial number has been altered or removed.)

  • Warranty Process

    To secure warranty support, you must contact at 325 212 0821 or email to sales@smartstitch-official.com during the warranty period , between UTC+8 : 9 AM to 6 PM . Please be ready to provide the machine's nameplate number, your name, phone number, email address, and description of the questions. For onsite warranty work, please be prepared to pay for travel and expenses to your location. Our company will charge for any services not covered under warranty.

    (Notes: Parts used for warranty repairs may be new or refurbished, with refurbished parts performing equivalent to new ones.Replacement parts and machines are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.Replaced parts during maintenance become the property of our company.If a machine needs replacement, our company may choose to replace it with a new or refurbished production machine, covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.)

  • Announcement:

    Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts or product in whole, and will in no case, exceed the purchase price of the product, as to which the claim is made. Any claims against our company must be filed with the people's court where our company is domiciled. This limited warranty is exclusive. All other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded. Any implied warranties that may not be excluded under applicable law, are hereby limited to the duration of the warranty.In no event will our company be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, litigation fees, arbitration fees, preservation fees, attorney fees, appraisal fees, transportation fees) , even if our company has been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.The purchaser may also have other rights in their home jurisdictions.
