The machine is intimidating & so is foreign customer service HOWEVER the smartstitch team exceeded my expectations and were ventured attentive! I've had my machine since the end of July and it's been amazing! From the us-based trainer. Shout out to Missy! And the other tech support team. You guys are amazing and can figure out so much with just a quick video! I love the capacity of having so many needles and I love everything about my machine other than when it's user air LOL. It's helped me do things that I never thought in my wildest dreams I could do fix ditch count. Not a bravo delicate handiwork comes out beautifully. There's nothing that is going to stop you from doing nothing but achieving absolutely amazing work. Don't have any doubts. There is nothing that is better than the support that Smart stitch gives you. And I use all of their sister products! From their large spools of thread to their smallest 80 count. I have the option to try out colors and combinations that would cost me an arm and a leg to do in any other thread style. And I love the amount of weights that they provide when it comes to their stabilization. And you have your cutaways your tear aways, your poly meshes you're sticky stabilizers to your fusible stabilizers I mean you truly have everything. Thank you for being such an amazing company. I recommend you to anybody who's considering it. I've added a couple of stitch outs. I've done. Some on a smaller scale, some as large as 55 thousand stitches.

Excellent Machine and Support

Embroidery Machines are a new adventure for us and this machine is incredible. The software takes a little to learn, but is easy to use. Having the ability to use up to 15 different colors makes creating multicolor projects a breeze. It is a large machine, but definitely worth it for creating a ton of different projects. From day one, I received a ton of support from their team. I was put into a support group that helped me set up the machine and trouble shoot any and everything that I needed help with. When I started creating my own projects, they helped me with any questions I had. I highly recommend this machine for any serious embroiderer. The support and quality is far above anything I've received from any other company for any other piece of machinery or technology I have ever bought.

I can’t say enough about the S-1501 embroidery machine. It worked flawlessly right out of the crate. I struggled with a different manufacturer’s machine for 3 years and sold it to buy this one. I have to say I’m so surprised at how well it works. The customer service and tech support are fantastic! I had a problem with a part and they shipped a new one right away. If you’re on the fence about buying this machine just do it! You’ll be so happy with it like I am.
