Please consider the following rules for returning a product:
1.You have to show, via photos or video, all accessories and parts in the wood box to us.
2.All returns must be completed within 30 days from the date we approved your return request, or your return request is considered abandoned.
3.You need to pay restocking fee(like repackaging fee and other applicable fees) and shipping cost in these situation.
1)Customer’s Fault: Items returned in their original condition within the return period (30 days) will be subject to a restocking fee. (Not to exceed 20% of the item price.) Customers also need to bear the shipping cost.
2)Customer’s Fault: The product is damaged within the return period (30 days) or there is a significant difference from the product originally delivered to the buyer by the seller, a restocking fee (not exceeding 50% of the product price) will be charged. Customers also need to bear the shipping cost.
3)Seller and the carrier’s Fault, customers do not need to pay the restocking fee but need to pay the shipping fee.
4)Within seven days from the date we receive your return, we will examine the product for any damage or noncompliance before issuing your refund. We reserve the right to adjust your refund according to our return policy.
5)The shipping fee varies according to the different carrier. The customer can contact the carrier or we can contact the carrier for customers, but the shipping fee is customer’s responsibility.
